Under the Sea

Hello MoonFlower fans!  Rae Ann here today to share with you my version of the newest release, Lilly Mermaid.  I think she is simply gorgeous!

I took my inspiration from a pretty well known mermaid.  Can you guess who I mean?!  I found myself singing the song Under the Sea as I was working on this project!  If you would like more information about the items used, pop over to my blog.  I have all of the details there.

Lily Mermaid

Happy Sunday everyone! Today is my day to showcase Andreia's newest image Lily Mermaid, isn't she beautiful :)

When I saw her, I knew I wanted to color her in coral, so that's what I did using the Prismacolor pencils. To enhance Lily Mermaid I added die cuts by Memory Box and Spellbinders.

Lilly Mermaid by Sian

Good morning!  Today I am sharing a card made using the new Lilly Mermaid.  She is available in the Moonflower shop here:  https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/518148775/lilly-mermaid?ref=shop_home_active_1.  I had so much fun colouring her!

I coloured Lilly using Polychromos pencils and cut her so that her tail was hanging over the edge of the rectangle.  I mounted her on turquoise pearly card and layered her onto patterned papers, and added some sea themed die cuts, with some pearls to finish off.

Did you know that when mermaids have a picnic on the rocks, instead of blankets, they lay out intricately woven seaweed carpets and eat foods such as seaweed soufflé and plankton pie.

Faery Locks

Hello!  Rae Ann here.  I am late posting my project for this week!  My days have just flown by and I completely lost track of what day it was!

I chose to work with Ashlee Faery Locks for my project because I thought she would make a pretty spring card.  I have wanted to tackle these curls for a while and I finally got my chance!  She was colored with Copic markers and fussy cut.  If you would like all of the details about what I used for this card, just pop over to my blog.

Unicorn Maiden by Sian

Today I am sharing a card I've made using Unicorn Maiden .   She can be found in the Moonflower shop here:  https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/209267766/unicorn-maiden?ref=shop_home_active_60

I coloured her using Polychromos Pencils and added some glitter to the unicorn's horn and mane.  Then I layered here onto a die cut circle which I hand stitched around the edges.  For the background I used die cuts and patterned papers.

Elf Maiden

Happy Sunday everyone! Today I am showcasing the beautiful Elf Maiden image, which I colored with Faber Castell Polychromos pencils.

Isn't she a beauty :)  To help showcase the image, I added die cuts from Memory Box and Spellbinders and some roses and lilies to match the flowers in the image. The butterflies were cut from my Silhouette Cameo machine and sprayed with mists from Lindy's Stamp Gang.
