Slithery Snakes

Hello everyone!  Rae Ann here to share a little inspiration for you.  I have used Gina Medusa for this inspiration project.

I colored Gina Medusa with Copic markers.  It was a really fun challenge coloring those snakes!  The label was a Silhouette file that I printed and cut out.  I have had the green ribbon for ages and was so happy to find a way to use it.

You can find Gina Medusa in the shop along with all of Andreia's other gorgeous stamps.  If you have made something using a MoonFlower digital stamp, we would love to see it in the Facebook group.

You can get a gorgeous freebie every month by signing up for the newsletter.  Just pop over to the website and enter your email in the blank at the bottom of the page.  Be sure to confirm your email address so you will receive the newsletter.  You aren't signed up until you do.

Thanks for stopping by.  I hope to see your projects in the group soon!

Vampire Countess by Guest Designer Shannon

Good morning everyone!
Halloween is just around the corner and although it isn't celebrated as much here in Australia, it is growing! I personally love seeing all the kids dress up and having fun together. This year I have an extra piece that will be on show at my door. Vampire Countess framed and on display! I printed this at A5 size and coloured it with Copics and added a touch of  Smooch pearl over her dress and cape to give it a bit of sparkle. For her pearls, I have used Liquid Pearl.

Copics used:

Skin: E000, E00, E11, E21, and R20 (blush and lips)
Hair: W2, W7, W9 and 100
Cape outside: W2, W3, W5, W7, W9 and 100
Cape lining and crown: YR23, Y11, Y15 and Y28

Vampire Countess by DT Lynda

Good morning! Just stopping by to share my take on the stunning Vampire Countess. I decided that rather than make a card with her I would mount her in a frame as a decoration for Halloween. I tried my hand at monochrome- a bit of a challenge for me but I was pleased with how she turned out.

The frame is a cardboard one that I decorated with a pretty dark paper, inked with distress ink, and embellished with flowers and flourishes.

I hope you like her.

Don't forget to join our Facebook page- there is a Halloween contest going on there at the moment so why not join in. There are some stunning images in the digi shop you could use so check them out too.

Thanks for stopping by

Gigi Little Witch by Guest Designer Lucy Woods

As you may know, on the MoonFlower Facebook page we run regular contests for our followers. In August our winner was the very talented Lucy Woods, who did an amazing job colouring Gypsy Flower. Here is her winning image- isn't it amazing?!

As part of her prize we asked her if she would like to guest design for us, and she kindly agreed, and made a gorgeous project using Gigi Little Witch- so it's over to you Lucy!

Hi my names Lucy I'm 26 and from West Sussex (UK)
I have very severe M.E and have been bedridden for 4 years. I absolutely love card making especially colouring gorgeous images with my Promarkers! Crafting keeps me so happy and positive!
Moonflowers images are a real delight to colour and I'm so grateful to be asked to Guest Design for them

You can find more of Lucy's work on her blog Little Lucy's Cards. She would love you to stop by and take a peek.

If you would like the chance to guest design for us then hop across to the Facebook page and join in with the colouring challenges we hold there each month. Next time it could be you!

Little Witch

Hello MoonFlower fans!  It's my turn to provide you with some inspiration.  Since Halloween is getting closer, I used Gigi Little Witch for my project.

I colored Gigi Little Witch using my Copic markers.  I accidentally grabbed the wrong color group and started to color her hat.  Luckily it worked out and I had paper to match!  I cut the spider web from some black glitter card stock using my Silhouette Cameo.  A few buttons, flowers and pearls and the card was finished!

You can find Gigi Little Witch in the shop along with some other great Halloween stamps.  Even if you don't celebrate Halloween, I am sure you can find some way to use them like joining in the challenge in the Facebook group this month!  The theme is Halloween and you could win MoonFlower stamps as your prize.

It is almost time for the newsletter again and I am sure Andreia is working on a fabulous freebie for us!  Pop over to the website and sign up now so you don't miss out.  You will still get the current freebie until October 15th.  Then the new freebie will be released with the newsletter.

I hope to see you share your MoonFlower Digital stamps projects with us in the group.  We love to see all of your fabulous creations!
