Caribbean Vibe

Hello MoonFlower fans!  It is my turn to share a little inspiration for you using Gina Caribe.  Such a fun image to play with!  Makes me want to hit the beach!

I have had this patterned paper scrap for ages and I just knew it would be the perfect backdrop for Gina Caribe.  I pulled my Copic colors from the paper so she would match.  You can find all of the details on supplies over on my blog.

MoonFlower digi stamps is moving to Etsy so Andreia has posted a sale on the old website to say good bye.  All of the stamps are 50% for a few more days.  Pop in and add one or two (or more!) to your collection.

Happy Tuesday everyone. Today is my day to post and I have  Andreia's newest image, the beautiful Gina Caribe to showcase.

I colored her with copics using corals and peaches for that Caribbean sunset look. I also used patterned papers from First Edition to go along with that sunset look. Then added dies from Spellbinders and Memory Box which I may have over done a bit lol.

Hi! It's my turn to share a project with you, using the lovely Gina Caribe. 

 I rarely colour darker skin tones so really enjoyed the challenge of this one. It was good to step out of the comfort zone a little. 

I kept my card nice and bright and simple, using a large scrapbook panel as a sentiment and just a few embellishments.

Hello Moonflower friends,

I'm up on the blog today to show you the newest edition from the Moonflower family!

Her name is Gina Caribe and isn't she wonderful! I coloured Gina with Polychromos pencils and added some stamped flowers wich are coloured with zig clean brush markers.I added some foam to a few of them to make them pop. And a bit of glossy accents for some more dept on the eyes and lips.

I have used Gina Cupcake for my card, i used promarkers to color her , i chosed to go all yellow since it is like spring is coming but decided to use just a bit of turquise so she would stand a bit more out from the card. All details can be found on my blog .......... Enjoy. Ohh by the way

Tumbelina Faery

Hello MoonFlower Fans!  It is my turn to provide you with a bit of inspiration today.  For my project I chose Tumbelina Faery.  She is currently a freebie in the MoonFlower group on Facebook.  If you haven't joined us there, you need to!

I decided to go with a circle card this time for something a little bit different.  It's really easy to do using a metal die and placing it over the fold of your card stock.  I have posted all of the supplies I used on my blog, so you can pop over there for all of the details.

Happy Tuesday everyone. Today is my day to post and I have chosen the gorgeous Sakura Maiden to showcase.

 

I really love this image and loved coloring her with copics in the soft pastel colors. I embellished my card with die cuts from Memory Box and Spellbinders and flowers that I had in my stash. I am happy I had them, I thought they went perfectly with the image :)

Gypsy Flower by DT Lynda

It's DT Lynda here, stopping by to share my design team project for this month using Gypsy Flower. I love all of Andreia's digis but I think she has to be my absolute favourite. You can find her here in the store.

She is coloured in Copics. The backing paper is from a craft paper pad I bought a while ago in Lidl. I created the rose using a new set from Altenew that I got in a magazine, and added embellishments from my stash.

Hello Moonflower Friends,

It's my turn on the blog today with some inspiration.

I used Ashlee Faerie Ball Dress.I just loved working on this image! Ashlee Faerie Ball Dress is coloured with Copic markers.I added some Wink of Stella and glossy accents on her wings , bow and eyes for some more dept.And added some gold pearls to finish the card.
 I just kept the card clean and simple to keep the image the main focus of the card.
